The Studio Sattva Story

Studio Sattva didn’t come out of a business plan. It came out of a lifetime.

I’ve been a broker, a builder, a teacher, and a mentor. I’ve been the single mother who carried more weight than she thought possible, and the woman who kept saying yes to life even when it meant burning everything down and starting again. Along the way, I learned what heals us, what breaks us, and what truly transforms us.

What I saw, again and again, is that the “wellness industry” had started to look an awful lot like every other industry. Competition. Scarcity. Marketing gloss. Perfect poses and perfect bodies curated for Instagram while real people, with real scars and real stories, were still left aching for something true.

Studio Sattva is my refusal. It is my rebellion.

This space was born to prove that another model is possible. Here, collaboration isn’t a nice idea, it’s the foundation. Teachers don’t undercut each other, they lift each other. Students aren’t consumers or membership numbers, they’re co-creators. Healing isn’t a product on a shelf; it’s a process we enter together.

My passion is creating experiences that shatter the old patterns, immersions, circles, ceremonies, and classes that go beneath the surface. I’ve trained deeply in Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation, and the wisdom traditions that remind us we are more than flesh and bone, we are stardust and fire, capable of so much more than we’ve been told.

Why now? Because the old models are collapsing, and the world doesn’t need more brands selling wellness, it needs places that live wellness. Places where you can show up as you are, messy or magnificent, and still belong. Places where teachers can teach without apology, and seekers can heal without shame.

Studio Sattva is that place. It is not perfect, and it is not polished. It is raw, real, and alive, built on the belief that there is enough for all of us, and that together, we are rewriting the rules.

This is the spark that drives us.
This is my life’s work.
And if you are here, it means the circle is already bigger.

All my love ~ Nicole
